Tipsy Elf Returns to Dallas November 20
The immersive holiday pop-up brings Texas saloon spirit, six themed spaces, seasonal cocktails, live entertainment, and festive programming to Bishop Arts.
DALLAS, Texas — October 12, 2026 — Tipsy Elf returns to Dallas this holiday season with Tipsy Elf: A Holiday Honky Tonk, an immersive Christmas experience blending over-the-top holiday décor with the energy of a Texas saloon. Opening to the public on Friday, November 20, the Bishop Arts holiday pop-up will feature six themed spaces, theatrical performers, live music, DJs, interactive experiences, and seasonal cocktails.
At the center of this year’s experience is Larry the Elf, a rebellious North Pole toy maker with a taste for Texas. According to Tipsy Elf lore, Larry grew tired of Santa’s rules, stole his sleigh, and headed south to open a holiday honky tonk. His invitation went out to naughty elves, outlaw reindeer, disco cowgirls, and wandering cowboys, setting the stage for a Christmas celebration with a distinctly Texas personality.
Guests will enter through Narnia, an enchanted winter passage that leads into Larry’s holiday hideout. Inside, the Red Elf District reveals a more mischievous side of Christmas, while Santa’s Twerkshop trades toy-making for dancing on neon disco floors. Carnival Corner invites guests to try the Spinning Wheel of Shots and enjoy festive hot cocktails, and Texas Tinsel Tavern pairs glittering holiday décor with honky tonk spirit. Two Tipsy Saloons complete the six themed spaces, bringing guests into the heart of Larry’s Christmas party.
Throughout the venue, elaborate holiday installations, theatrical characters, and photo opportunities will transport guests into a world where North Pole magic meets Texas nightlife. The seasonal beverage program will feature festive cocktails, spirited hot chocolate, hot toddies, and themed shots.
With its Texas-inspired setting and immersive holiday storytelling, Tipsy Elf: A Holiday Honky Tonk invites Dallas to pull on its boots, gather with friends, and step inside Larry’s spirited take on Christmas.
