The elves have taken over, and they’re not playing by Santa’s rules anymore. Tipsy Elf returns to Bishop Arts bigger, brasher, and more bedazzled than ever with Tipsy Town Texas: A Wild Holiday Takeover with a Texas Twist.

Led by the infamous Larry the Elf, this year’s North Pole rebellion transforms Bishop Lane in Bishop Arts into a frosty frontier filled with fringe, mischief, and merry mayhem, located on the corner of North Bishop Avenue and 9th Street. From November 21 through December 28, guests can explore a sprawling winter wonderland of themed bars, pop-ups, karaoke dens, and glitter-drenched surprises around every corner.
